⏳ Return & Exchange Window

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "non-returnable"

  • Underwear, bodysuits, or items with hygiene seals removed

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. Please email us first to confirm stock.

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or wrong item received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
